Dear donors, supporters and friends,
We’ve spent a good part of the last several months building our team and training them on our purpose and mission. Instead of using titles and ranks, we all like to identify ourselves as community workers assigned to various projects and tasks. Today, we’re proud to say we have a small but dedicated family of motivated community workers working together toward our aim of creating a model village in Khairo Dero that can be replicated elsewhere. We continue to run projects in education, health, housing, gas connections, microloans for women, water & sanitation and community mobilization. We thought we would use this quarter’s newsletter to introduce you to all the staff.
